So the seventh penguino is in nexus. Right when you walk in you’ll see a glowy oracle on the vex structure, shoot it then the second one will appear to the right near the entrance to the well of infinitude, then the next is right above that on the vex structure, then the last one is on the edge of the vex structure thing. and ya got your penguin!
