Destiny 2 Beyond Light Reach the Portal to the Ascendant Plane. Part of the Ascendant Hunter quest in the Coup de Grace mission. The portal is quite high up above the structure, after the hero reduces the yellow bar of the boss enemy the High Celebrant. Need to get close to the series of steps to actually get into the portal.
