What do you guys think of Beyond Light so far?
Destiny story structure intentional, do not have the time for something that 'small', or a temporary bug (01:25), doesn't matter for the Guardian-player's voice actors in this scene.
this could be tolerably best for bungie to do in Campaign Gameplay cutscenes for The Guardian's voice and even in Gameplay action between the dialogue Coms banter between Guardian-player characters, their Ghosts, and the characters from the otherside of the conversations. It is not very proper to do when we Realistically hear nothing but silenced subtitles from the Guardian-player's mouth but at least we could Physically speak back to the characters in front of us even if bungie decided to have The Guardian's speech back to silence for the next Years or so.
