Destiny 2 Beyond Light Get Strength of Rasputin Warmind Cell Mod. This is actually a nice and useful mod to get from Banshee, especially now that the Stasis Ice Staff melee powers are so good, can slow down enemies and has mass effect ability.
So use a Seventh Seraph rapid fire weapon such as a submachine or machine and combine it with the Strength of Rasputin Warmind cell mod.
