Destiny 2 Beyond Light Get Stasis Shatter Final Blow Born in Darkness Part 2. Part of the Born in Darkness Part 2 quest to get more Stasis Darkness powers. Part of this quest step requires the hero to use the Stasis grenade to create a Wall of Ice and trap the enemies in the Wall of Ice.
Only then by shatter the enemies trapped in the Wall of Ice can the final blow be counted. Need 20 such Stasis Shatter final blows.

Thank you for the effort but if you want to get more traffic you need to cut out all of the unnecessary stuff. You made a 10 minute video to answer a question that should only take 30 seconds. I can assure you nobody came here to watch how awesome you are at killing stuff. They just want to know how to make this task work.
Try doing it in crucible because anyone even a 3 year old can get shatter kills like this
