Bungie just SLASHED Bright Dust weekly rewards for Destiny 2 Beyond Light
In Bungie’s recent TWAB they discussed changes coming to Destiny 2 Beyond Light’s weekly bounty system & the amount of Bright Dust they reward.
The first table compares the total Bright Dust a player could be rewarded if they completed all weekly bounties on 3 characters and the season pass using the current drop rate vs the drop rate after Destiny 2 Beyond Light.
The second table does the same but with only 1 character instead of 3.

Ppl didn't care about bright dust much before. But with these past events (solstice armor glows and Halloween themed armor Costing 6000 bright dust PER CHARACTER (18k needed to get all new cosmetics on all 3 characters) meant that ppl had to grind Bright dust. My guess is that Bungie realized how badly ppl want those Armors and decided to nerf our bright dust so we spend money to buy their crap. I'm not buying any silver from them if that's the case. Fuck bungie. My money is better spent on mobile games than a Triple A console game… what a sad world we live in
Nobody asked for this and the bright dust economy was doing fine. Bungie just wants to boost silver profits
Getting less bright dust is not good because I usually buy everything that’s in the bright dust store but now I feel forced to miss out things. It’s like do I want this ghost or weapon ornament?
They need to drop bright dust cost to compensate
