The Exo stranger doesn't have a ghost as she isn't a guardian. Back in Destiny 1 our ghost says "you're not a guardian", to which she confirms and replies that she "wasn't forged in light". Whatever that flying thing is, it isn't a ghost but maybe the Darkness equivalent?
