An in-depth visual showcase of the exotic weapon ornament ‘Bound by Oath’ for Eriana’s Vow, an exotic hand cannon from Destiny 2. This video includes a side-by-side comparison of this weapon ornament (skin) with the default weapon model.
The Bound by Oath weapon ornament for Eriana’s Vow was added in Season 14 (Season of the Splicer) of Destiny 2: Beyond Light in 2021.
It is permanently available for purchase from the in-game Eververse store for Silver, the premium currency. It can also be one of the random rewards from an Eververse Engram in a future season or be offered for purchase via Bright Dust, the earnable currency.

This video ended up being way more complex and time-consuming than I expected 😛 It wasn't easy trying to fit 2 Eriana's on one screen with that insane recoil lol
Also, quick FYI: As you may have noticed at 0:25, the ornament doesn't show any visual indicator for the 'Death at First Glance' perk. So, you'll have to listen to the activation sound or judge it by instinct. Just something to keep in mind.

im sorry looks like you have made a mistake in the title, its shader not ornament, its quite a common mistake since bungie themselves do it all the time
this isnt even an ornament but just a gambit shader. the guy who thought of this should be fired.. or push the idea of applying shaders to exotics.
It looks like Banshee just sprayed some silver on it.Could have been a lot cooler.
Keep up the good work, I can only imagine how time consuming the editing is on your vids but I'd say you do a hell of a good job that does not go unappreciated.
The ultraclocked reload time stamp I really like when you do those edits
a lot of people are saying that the season pass ornament is better than this, which i kinda agree on because it's on fire 🔥🔥 & scorched
but the sights on this is actually looks better IMO

To be honest if I was the one makeing the ornament for vow I would design it in the style of the lore card and make it a union of Titan and warlock with the astehics. With the scope showing there undying love with half the scope is more Titan and other half warlock. Then have the barrel have Titan style loom while the handle and barrel have a warlock style gravings.

Thank you for making the mistake of buying all the bad ornaments to save us the trouble of doing the same. Changed my mind and bought the Jotunn ornament because of your showcase, gonna pass on this one because it's an actual downgrade. You rock.
I wanted a ornament for this weapon so much but I couldn't get it so I just put a shader on it

I wish this gun had a different sound. For the damage it does i just wish it could sound as mean as it hits.
Fun fact: if you play on controller, slowly pressing the trigger will actually pull back the hammer and spin the cylinder. You can use this to get a good look at the hammer models on hand cannons. This can look kinda janky on certain guns. (Crimson)
Edit: For whatever reason, it doesn’t work on Golden Gun. Probably the model.
I don't mind having some shaders for exotics when we got the ones for whisper and witherhoard, which both look amazing. The issue is that they cost the same amount

Great video, as always! The ornament is lackluster, as everyone else mentioned, but I guess at least it could be useful with certain fashion builds.
You probably work on these videos some time in advance, but it'd be cool to examine the Binary System ornament for Symmetry, eventually. I don't know if you take suggestions, so it's up to you, of course!
