That Ruinous Effigy change is probably the most ????? to me. Like even some of the ones I don't agree with, I can at least see logic behind what they're trying to do. Except with that weapon. WHERE was this so powerful they had to hit it with two nerfs in one patch? Like, bruh.
This TWAB was basically about how bungie cant balance weapons for PVP even know most of the weapons will be sunset, and ruining weapons in PVE while doing it. Ruinous did not need a nerf, Falling was strong but made mundane PVE content fun. 110 change is cool. But this TWAB was basically all PVP Focused.
