Ok, after reading some comments, I see people wants to feel destiny 2 like destiny 1, and I mean, Fucking why??? I was playing destiny 1 for 5 years and yes, it is a beautiful game but it is really expensive, I mean if you don't have the taken king, it is just shit, but talking about destiny 2, it is a really good game, like compare it to every shooter, if you buy all the dlcs, you have more than 300 hundred hours for playing, and believe me you will not get all the stuff, also you have a really good story mode, and a really good PvP, I mean no game have both of them, like Cod costs $59.99 usd, and only have multiplayer, destiny costs around of $79.00 usd (if you buy the legendary version)(that have the 3 dlcs and season 12), and have lots of hours until you get bored of playing, sure this dlc is probably the worst about the worth of the price, but it brings several hours to play.
Destiny has been re skinning content for awhile and I'm aware of the heresy of this. It is a Covid year, a lot of devs/studios just pushed back their games as they have finances saved for years will cover their over head till they release, while Bungie is running a solo show. Still trying to stand straight after their Activision split. I'm sad and I would prefer more clarity from Luke saying "hey this is truly us trying to survive cause of Covid the strain on the Bungie work force", to clarify he did mention it but I think not to the extent it truly impacted them.

Because they've removed content, I'll never return. I don't care if they go back on their word, this was the worst decision and it shows that they're capable of taking away tones of shit that I've played for to coherse me into buying their new shitty dlc. If they cared about file sizes they should of made the expansions optional and let the player choose. That way people on PC or with storage expansions on console who have the space can have everything. They knew this and chose not to so that the player can get use to expecting less. I use to hate it when people said this but it's honestly time to jump ship as: destiny is officially dead.

The cosmodrome is same map as destiny 1 (and sooo empty you have to wait 1 minute for the few repops). The cosmodrome Assault is soooooooo basic it's unbelievable … it's hard for assaults to call that an assault omg omg ! It's just worst than i expected. They just can't get away with that. Tell me people have brains please. Stop nod at that bullshit.

Beyond Light is overpriced to say the least. It has very little new content and also consider that they cut out half of the existing content, only to bring back stuff from over four years ago. If this is the new standard for this game and then it's not looking great. Maybe it would be worth buying next summer when it will come with four seasons worth of seasonal content.
So you want to say to me that I played for every single dlc until forsaken and now all my characters are gone and all that what I payed for is gone. Yeah fuck you destiny I'm completely done with you
don't play every day, destiny is my pick up and do some nice mechanically shooty stuff from time to time. bought all the expansions before but this is a hard pass, its too expensive and they are removing content I paid for.

No more chances. Their greed, incompetence, and utter laziness is unacceptable.
Honestly, u put into words what ive always had a problem with in d2. They go ham on the campaign and new world maps and raids, but that never felt like enough. They got to stop neglecting the strike, crucible, and gambit content because those three things are what we spend the most time in. Im so annoyed they havent changed the armor or weapons for those in a long time, and the new armor sucks. Even if they just changed up one of those, id be happy.
For the price of a shit d2 expansion you could buy 2 to 3 amazing indie games with way more stuff
I can agree that strikes, gambit, and crucible is all I play cause to me they are enjoyable and when most of them with the maps are gone and into the vault that just lowers my excitement to where there was only 1 strike added to beyond light.
I feel bad for new players cause without any DLCs all they have are just now some planets to go to and look around and that's it cause without any DLCs they can't talk to the new venders on those new worlds

I personally enjoyed the story in all honesty. HOWEVER, I fucking hate how you have to buy the season pass in order to get the Hawkmoon hand cannon which I found out yesterday. I don't see the point in locking an exotic everyone's wanted since the game's launch behind a paywall (yes I get that it's $10, but I could buy two DLC characters from Soul Calibur VI with that money)
