Today’s video is a weapon review of the Duality exotic Shotgun. I go into detail about this incredible Duality exotic Shotgun and hopefully, you will agree that it’s one of the best pve Duality exotic Shotgun for DPS in Destiny 2. I specifically go over the Duality exotic Shotgun for PvE and PvP. I also talk about the DPS calculations for this weapon as it compares to other high DPS special weapons in PvE. I like to describe the Duality as a versatile shotgun with close-ranged pellets and longer-ranged slug shot options while also having a faster overall reload with its all-in-one reload action plus its inherent “exotic level” stats. Great energy alternative to Chaperone if you want a kinetic primary. However, its special damage perk is unlikely to change much overall and often takes more effort than it’s worth.

Another reason that the Duality is one of the best PvE exotic shotguns is that it has Good handling, good stability, good range, good clip size, good RPM, ok short zoom sight, and well-selected and interesting perks. In PvE, it feels like an exotic alternative to First In, Last Out with much faster overall reloading and a different option for a damage increase. It also has a very bad regular reload, so a maxed out reload speed with a rally barricade gets it insanely fast at 1.1 seconds from shot to shot. A pretty good option, but not good enough to make me want to use it in end level activities because of its short-range and much worse DPS than a sword. With that, the Duality has exotic style stats that raise it above similar guns like First In Last Out. So in my review of the Duality, I would say that this is an 8/10 weapon.
