Imo, anarchy really doesn't need a catalyst.
Anarchy is basically a 10/10 weapon, I mean you can set and forget, make traps, DoT on bosses and champions.
What more could you give it apart from orbs?
Edit: I was calling the stacks provided from Laments exotic perk Banshee's Wail but the buff you'll see on the side of your screen is actually called "Slice and Dice". Also I didn't include sleeper because we've yet to see how it preforms. Once we can get our hand on it and if it's as good as people are predicting then you know we'll cover it here on the channel!
